I've read in several articles that it's better not to eat fruits at the end of a meal (although don't get me wrong it's better than eating chocolate!!). What I do is 0% fat yoghurt with sweetener (eg. Stevia). It is great to fill your belly for not much calories (50 kcal for 100g). What also worked for me is telling myself that I will eat a fruit but a few hours later. That way you might get rid of that need of sweet things at the end of the meal (although I haven't really managed haha)
Before starting your weightless journey, did you eat sweet stuff after each meal? If so, this is probably why. Try eating fruits if you crave sweet things as they're filled with natural, good sugars. Good Luck!
