I just wondering maybe some good ideas for healthier dinners? its my only source right now just moved and dont have a stove!! And i know every1 doesnt have time to read my journal but I was saying my stomach has not been feeling so well with the food i been eating and i know its the changes i been making and the fact my body doesnt want that bad food now!! At any rate i had bought this meat some seasoned beef strips which i like making tacos with but i serisously dont need this every nite nor the stuff that goes with it but on the other hand i cannot just waste food so im trying to think of some ideas to  make something better with it!! i'm thinking about going to the store and getting some of that microwave rice to add with it I think that would good!!

I went to Super Walmart today for groceries and saw a large George Foreman grill on sale for $41 (I didn't get it, though) and I also saw some nice crockpots, too.

When you start to eat right, your body will reject "bad food". It has been a few months since I've had McDonalds. I bet if I walked in to one right now and ate a little cheeseburger I'd have the runs. No doubt about it!

Another good thing to have until you get your stove is a crockpot!

I used to have a George Foreman Grill but I gave it away. Darn it. I should go get another one!

That does sound good!

I have a Foreman.  You know...one of my favorite things to make with the Foreman is chicken breasts.  I cut or pound the chicken breasts so that they are no too thick for the grill.  I marinate them with low-cal italian dressing.  The cooking part is easy...just cook until they are done.  My family enjoys them.  Haven't made them for a while...so thanks for reminding me of my Foreman!
