Yes, distractions.... often TV is a huge cause of binging in the evening. It's so easy to mindlessly, snack on something and not realize how much you ate, just watching a 30 minute sitcom. Don't eat in front of the TV.
Distractions!! Go for a walk, read a book, watch your favorite show but get out of the kitchen! If you're hungry drink a large glass of water. Do something to really engage your mind so you're not thinking about food. :) hope this helps.
