breakfast

So girls and boys, I was wondering about breakfast.
Do you have one ? What do you eat ? When and how much ?
I am eating normally a mixed homemade salad : lettuce, olives, camembert, some meat, sunflower and pumpkin seed. If I have more raw vegies I put them also in. I also have every morning a nice milky coffee with whole milk.
Its not a very small neither enormous dish, but it does fill me up and gives me the energy. Sadly I couldnt eat anything else as im not real hungry in the morning, but I try to have everything I can in it.
How about you ?
I just notice I could add a pic. Maybe tomorrow, I already finished my breakfast :)

Wow fako, that sounds like a lovely lunchbox.I wish my boyfriend wouldnt be that fussy. He wants only white soft bread, now he has cucumber in sandwich, never had anything before, and doesnt wanna try anything else...I put him also loads of raw carrots because he eats them, and because I love black grapes and sometimes I have it, I put some for him also.First try wasnt a succes, but lately he eats them too.
I dont mind any raw vegies, fruits.
And I do know that I should start my breakfast with something else then mixed salad...but I just cant eat it.Sometimes I do, but just feels too much and heavy for so early.I wakeup lately at 6, because im a chicken, when the sun comes up, im up too..
I reintroduced egg again, hope its better, having also fried sunflower and pumpkin seds on top of my salad.

oh and what I forgot: during the week when I'm in school my lunchbox usually contains a sandwich with the same bread that I eat at home for breakfast, salad, 2 slieces of salami and slieces of cucumber; vegetables such as carrots and these small tomatoes and fruits like grapes, apples or at the moment plums and small pears.

Well, I still go to school and during the week I have breakfast around half past 6 and I usually eat a slice of bread (not sure if it's whole-grain, but it's rather dark) with just a little little bit of cream cheese, salad, slieces of cucumber and tomatoes. On the weekends I wake up from 10 to 11 am and often eat breakfast either around half past 11 or if my parents have planned something for the day we sometimes eat lunch early, so that lunch is my actual breakfast. When I eat breakfast I mostly eat the same as during the week or some yogurt with unsweetened cereals and maybe an egg. Btw, I'm 15 (:

I usually eat bread for breakfast, usually with fillings. Or rice with meat. I drink green tea sometimes or coffee with milk. If I am in the mood for it, I also eat fruit. Usually, my breakfast consume half of the calories I am limited to in a day. It is easy to reach large amounts of calories in my case since well, bread and rice are packed with carb. I guess it's okay as I've read and heard many times that it is better to eat larger amounts in breakfast to kick off metabolism and to give more energy for the whole day. I usually eat the least in the evening.

Smoothie sounds so good.I shall try it.
I wasnt really eating either before but since I read how much it matters, thats like 2 years now, I dont skip any breakfast, morelike if you work that day the next time to have food will be 10-11 am, too late for me, I would die of starvation :)
Used to have egg also, but one day I felt so sick after scrambled egg that I cant think of it for a while.
Thank you for sharing it with me, I was curious how other dieting people eat.

I usually start my day off with a smoothie.  I have replaced my morning meal (Monday-Friday) with a fresh delicious fruit smoothie.  I also have a cup of coffee because no one wants to see me without coffee.  To make the smoothie more satisfying and keep me full longer I add flax seed and hemp. Sometimes even granola.  I personally keep the weekends free to eat a breakfast because I love breakfast foods and dont want to feel like I am depriving myself of foods that I enjoy.
