Have you made sure you are eating the right number of calories, daily? If you don't get enough calories, you body may go into "starvation mode" and hold onto fat stores, because there's not enough food coming in.
You should calculate the number of calories you need, based on your current height, weight and activity level.
You might also want to think about getting your thyroid levels tested (TSH, Free T3 and Free T4) to make sure you aren't hypothyroid. Hypothyroidism is a major cause for weight gain/inability to lose. Insulin resistance is often another reason for not being able to lose.
Then as Grace noted, just counting calories isn't always enough. You have to make sure you are eating the right kinds of foods.

Sometime.counting calories doesnt mean that u are eating right. But I just read something in the magazine maybe this would help u keep me post it.
1.6 to 8am do 20 cardio exercise before breakfast
2. 7 to 9am drink two glasses of water also eat break fast at this time.
3. 10 to 11am munch morning eat a snack like a yogurt
4. 12 to 1pm eat lunch
5. 2 to 3pm take a 15 or 20 min nap even in ur car at in ur car
6. 3 30 get buzzed with a cup of cuffee or tea
7. 4to8pm exercise
8. 5 to 7pm time to dine try not to dine after 7
9. 9 to 10pm have a presleep snack
10. 9 to 10:30pm power down turn everything off
9:30 to 11 go to sleep
