If you've tried to lose weight and can't, you should ask your parents to take you to the doctor and request some simple blood tests to determine whether or not your thyroid is functioning properly. Hypothyroid (under active thyroid) is a very common reason for weight gain/inability to lose. Ask for TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 tests.

- Jogging 30 minutes in a day could make you more stronger.
- Drink 8-10 glasses of water for high metabolism.
- Do cardio exercises for faster digestion that will continue throughout the day.
- Know your required calorie intake in the whole day. You can ask from your doctor or in this app.
