healthy eating/exercise in the evening

I am somewhat active at work, and I do really well with my healthy eating during the day, but when I get home from work all I want to do is sit. And eat. It seems like all my self control goes out the window. When I do make a healthy meal I have trouble controlling my portions. Any suggestions on how to combat this?

Sometimes I find that when I only want to sit and do nothing, is the time I need to force myself to get up and do something, such as take a walk, sweep/vacuum the floors, etc.

Another thing to keep in mind is that when you are "eating healthy" during the day, you need to make sure you get lots of protein and some "good" fats, along with complex carbs - all 3 will keep you feeling fuller longer and can help curb snacking.

night time-unwind time right? You can try to eat something healthy right before you leave or as soon as you get home. Like a tangarine or apple. This way you aren't starving while deciding what to eat next.  Let us know how it goes :)

Hi. I had the same problem and what u started doing is to have a good breakfast and lunch. And have a snack in between. That way when I am at home, im not as hungry and i have a light finnet.
