What kind of diet are you starting and how much are trying to lose?
We don't really do meal plans, but it's not hard... All you have to do is make sure you have protein with every meal and eat lots of veggies, which are pretty much "free" calorie wise, so long as you don't put fattening sauces on them.
Go easy on fruit, as it has a lot sugar, which is easily turned to fat, if not used quickly.
Eliminate all sodas, candy's, bakery goods and as many processed foods as you can.
Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and get plenty of sleep.
