help

I am struggling to lose weight. After giving up the fags 9 months ago I have went from a uk size 14 to a 20! My confidence has dropped big time. I first off started on a meal replacement plan of 600 calories a day.  Which made me ill. Stopped that and started eating different.  I dont drink fizzy/ sugary juice.  Gave up sugar in coffee. Stopped the full fat milk.i drink between 6-8 glasses of water a day and green tea. Not eating any red meats only fish and chicken. I have been swimming 4 times a week also for an hour.  Please has anyone got any advice.

Sometimes smoking cigarets change your metabolism.
  It sounds like you are doing all the right things. Add lots of vegetables. Eating more, not less, stimulates metabolism.  
  Swimming is fantastic. Add a weight training exercise.  Pamela
