We're all different, so not everyone would be able to maintain a weight of 110 lbs on 1500 calories/day. If I ate that many calories, I'd be gaining constantly.
A child of 14 is not fully developed yet and needs to work with their parents, who buy their food, and doctor to make sure they are getting the proper number of calories and the nutrients they need for proper growth and development.
First find out how much you are supposed to weigh at your height, age and bone size, then figure out the calories.
