Not sure why you think you're worthless; eating has nothing to do with that. It seems that you have an eating disorder; you need to get help for that.

Well at first the pounds kept on coming of but now my mother and I are constantly fighting. She doesn't understand that I lost interest in food. Nothing seems appealing to me. The smell everything. If I do eat the guilt eats me alive and I binge. I' ve become worthless.
A ''starvation diet" is very very bad on your body. Just because your are losing weight, doesn't mean you are healthy. When you are done with your ''starvation diet'' once you start eating again, you will just gain the weight back. Plus, soda isn't good for you, it has a lot of sodium, which will make you retain water, even diet soda. Aspartame is a sugar substitute that they use in sugar free products, not good for you either, if you have too much it will give you diarrhea. This is what I do: Smoothies: Kale and collard greens (organic because of the pesticides and I have to freeze them because they tend to go bad faster than everything else) spinach, a carrot, a piece of ginger root, any fruit you have, I generally use frozen fruit because its cheaper and more convenient. A scoop of ground flax seed, full of Omega 3 fatty acids which are terrific for your heart and body. Omega 3 fatty acids suck the fat out of your body and help you poop it out. Then for the liquid I use 100% grape juice and soy milk. Why the milk you ask, first, I tried yogurt, too much sugar in it, plus I am lactose intolerant, so I get this really good shelf soy milk from WIC. You can't taste the soy milk in the smoothie, and its not that crappy SILK soy milk, that stuff is nasty. This smoothie is full of calcium, vitamin D, fiber, all your fruits and veggies for the day, Omega 3s all your vitamins. I dont have to take my prenatal pills anymore because I drink these smoothies everyday. It makes my hair thick and my nails shiny. Please try it, you can't even taste the veggies. Its the easiest way to get all the nutrients you need. Hope this helps

What you are doing is very unhealthy. You need to eat some food.
You can't have a bowel movement without food. The thing you call
a " diet " is a starvation diet and is very unhealthy and not safe.
There are other ways to lose weight beside starving yourself of no
food. What happens too is your body goes into starvation mode and
because it doesn't know what it will get food again, it holds on to
every calorie. So do yourself a favour and eat some food. You mentioned
you drink diet coke. Diet coke is not good for you. Most diet sodas
have an ingredient in it called aspartame which is not healthy for you.
Water is so much better for you or fruit or vegetable juice but it's no
substitute for food. It's also a good idea if you're trying to lose weight
to involve your family doctor. So whatever diet coke you have left,
pour it down the drain. Coke, whether diet or regular coke is not good
for you and bad for your intestines. Don't starve yourself this is not

EAT..... It's food that provides the fiber for your to have a bowel movement.
Starvation diets lead to numerous adverse problems later on; it also encourages, yo-yo dieting and you're missing out on all the nutrients you should be providing for your body.
Your "diet" is abuse of the worst kind.
