how to curb the carb

How do I curb the carb cravings. I have tried to go with out toast, or bread, which is one of my weak points.
but when I go with out I get so weak, I feel like Im going to pass out.

So how much bread,carbs a day can I have.
Or oatmeal and can I have both in one breakfast setting with peanutbutter and banana.

Or is that to much carb, in one sitting?

Hi Mia,

It sounds like what you're experiencing may be "yeast die off".  A lot of people have a systemic yeast problem, and don't even know it.  They feed off the simple sugars that all carbs break down into. I know it's extremely uncomfortable.  Honestly, the only thing to do is simply stick with it for a few days.  For me, after about three days the craving goes from near mania down to simple desire- but one you can control.

Be sure that you are taking in veggies, and some berries though.  You can have half a cup of strawberries for something like 6 carbs, and there is a small fiber reduction that I didn't account for too.
