If you're eating a lot of packaged food, then yes, the food you're eating is to blame for your weight issues. Stick with fresh or frozen foods whenever possible and eat as few pre-packaged, boxed or canned goods a possible.
The amount of fruit you can eat, also depends on what kind it is; some fruits have a lot more sugar than others. You're actually better off eating fresh fruits than you are eating packaged or boxed foods.
How much calories should remain daily approximately for faster weight loss
Thanks for ur help and support through ur comments :-)
I do get that fruits are full with sugar, and it kinda feels your caloriebudget, just remembered when I was younger...actually before I came in uk I ate so much fruits, not counting, any in any amount.wasnt fat.
here I am counting their and everythings calorie , yet im still fat.
what went wrong ?
I think its the food they are selling here..
I don't know what foods are available to you and if they are available all the time or seasonal. Generally, you should eat only a couple of servings of most fruits/day, because fruit usually has a high sugar content.
Veggies to be avoided are those that contain starch, such as corn, potatoes, green peas, some beans. White rice and things made with white flour should be avoided, as well.
Lean protein includes fish, chicken and whatever other meats are available, as well as dairy, eggs, etc.
K thanks... I need to know which vegetables and fruits (India) will help for weight loss... I will have 1000 calories remaining everyday should I increase ? Then how much water should I drink everyday?
First off, only burning 300 cal/day is not going to be enough to lose weight.
Secondly, we can't give you a diet plan, because the foods available to me, in FL, USA may not be available to you in India.
Third - you can't lose 7 kg in a month... that's over 15 pounds. The most you can hope to lose in a healthy manner is 3.5 to 4 kg in a month... In order to do that, you will have to confine your diet to high quality protein and lots of veggies, little fruit/sugar and good quality fats.
Exercise is a major thing when it comes to losing weight, so you'll have to keep calories in check, as well as burn more calories.
