As Techno put it, if you feel good and think you look good then you're fine. Accoring to BMI you're about 27% and thats considered overweight, but not obese. I am at about that range as well..I'm 5'2 and weighs 147.2 pounds. You weigh 168 in pounds. So were pretty close in our weight-height ratios. I am trying to lose weight, but to me I am pretty happy overall. It depends on how you feel about yourself. You have to be careful how you get rid of weight. If you do it too drastically theres a good chance you'll gain it all back plus some. Take your time. I looked and calculated a good weight for your height. Looks like 63-65 kilos is normal for your height.  Like I said, its not like this is a must or anything and if you choose to lose weight...do it easily and keep up a good diet and excersize. Don't overdo yourself! Good luck!

Well, it depends on how you look at it.  Do you feel good?  Are you active and excercise?  Do you eat healthy foods?  And most importantly, are you happy about how you look and feel?

If you answered yes to all of those questions, then there is no need for you to starve yourself or anything like that.  If you answered no, then there are lifestyle changes you can make that will help you with that.  But you'll have to post more information for us to help you...
