I think that you can ,but you have to work hard and fir a long time. Start a healthy diet and exercise for about 30' 2-3 times a week.Avoid sweets and unhealthy meals. Eat a healthy big breakfast ,so you wont be hungry.Eat 5 meals a day And fill your dishes with vegitables and fruts. Don't forget to drink a glass of water before every meal, you'll eat less. I hope that i helped. ;)
That's easily possible with the correct diet and exercise routine. I lost 21kg from may 2013-2014. No dodgy pills, no medical assistance just hard work.

Key is to cut out majority of carbs and sugar. Go heavier with weights and run right after. It's 80% diet and 20% exercise.
It is possible if you are willing to make the changes. It will not happen over night. Start a food journal and start documenting everything you eat. Exercise every day, even if its just a walk around the block. It will not be easy. And the only way you will do it is if you start doing difficult things.
