Thank you so much for the advice..;)
Is that 53 kg? If so, you're about right for your height. Maybe all you need to do is tone your muscles. You might look into trying to fit in some yoga, 3-4 times/week. Yoga is excellent for toning and strengthening muscles. It stretches your muscles and leaves you with a "long and lean" feeling, because you tend to have better posture.
There are some excellent yoga videos on YouTube; check them out and see if you might be able to get interested.
Aside from that, make sure you don't drink sodas, eat candy, pastries and other sugary things that are simply empty calories. Center your meals on fresh veggies and high quality protein, such a lean meats, chicken, fish, eggs, etc. Switch from white bread to whole grain; use whole grain pasta instead of regular. Use safflower or coconut oils for cooking/baking - these are the "good" fats. Other good fats include avocados, olive oil, nuts/seeds, etc. Use low fat dairy, greek yogurt, etc.
If you eat healthy, your children will also learn to eat healthy.
