I'm aware that exercise is necessary to lose weight and look strong and taut; it's kkheartsup that we have to convince.. lol
I, personally, do not use any type of soy products because I have a thyroid condition and soy is not recommended in those with thyroid issues.
I have used garcinia cambogia, at the recommendation of my doctor and when used regularly, it can aid in weight loss, because it does help curb the appetite, but it's not a weight loss revolution that's going to help anyone lose a great amount of weight between now and Christmas, as kkheartsup wants to do.
As I noted above, maintaining healthy weight is something we should work at, year round, not just for a quick fix to look good for the company Christmas party, your sister's wedding or whatever special event you have coming up.
Dr. Oz recommends adding black soy protein to your diet in order to help you decrease caloric intake.
Decreasing calories and increasing nutrition are key to weight loss, but if you want to look strong and taut, it's going to take exercise. Otherwise you just look like an unhealthy thin person. If you can discipline yourself to exercise, you will become more attractive to others and your body will work better and have less pain. Try yoga or Pilates and walking. Or turn up the music at home and dance like nobody's watching.
Forgot to mention that you have to exercise in order to turn that protein into fat burning muscle.
I don't know how much you're trying to lose by Christmas, but this isn't a good time to think about losing much weight, since you only have 4.5 weeks to do it.
Maintaining a healthy weight is something we should work at all year, not just when we want to look good for the special event.
You're going to have to stop being lazy and start moving in order to lose weight. But equally important is what/how much you are eating/drinking. Stop drinking sodas and switch to water. Stop eating bread, pastries, etc and start eating vegetables and high quality protein.
Protein is the building block for muscle and muscle is what burns fat, so without muscle, you won't get very far.
Try yoga for exercise. It's not hard to do; 30 minutes/day is long enough, unless you find that you like it so well, you want to do it longer. Take a brisk walk around your neighborhood, or just get up and vacuum or do other cleaning during TV commercials. It all counts as exercise.
