snack attack

Every day ik really good with eating fresh raw veggies and drinking water but about 3:30-4 ish I have the want to snack on anything and everything. How can I curb those cravings?

Try an apple with peanut butter for a snack.  The apple will help satisfy your sweet tooth and the peanut butter will provide protein and fat to satisfy your hunger.

I usually eat a non si gated cereal with low fat milk for breakfast, then tuna with lemon pepper dresses on wheat thins with a strawberrie parfait and 3 cups of raw veggies usually some sort of chicken for dinner. I try to have a snack between lunch and dinner of some kind of fruit because I have a really bad sweet tooth. Yet I sill feel extremely hungry in the mid day. Thanks for the advice.

You have to combine your veggies with some protein and healthy fat. This will starve of hunger. Try using peanut butter or almond butter or just eat any whole seeds or nuts with your veggies. The best nuts are pistachios, walnuts and pecans but I know they are pricey so buy what you can afford. Make sure they do not have any extra salt added. The only ingredient should be the nuts or seeds themselves. You can also get any nut or seed in "butter" form like peanut butter. Pistachio, pecan, walnuts, sunflowers, cashews all come as butters too. The fats and protein in the nuts and seeds will keep hunger at bay. You can try pumpkin butter or apple butter to dip your veggies in they have a good source of protein to keep hunger away also. You can also try turning your veggies into a smoothie in the morning or afternoon add some fruit, hemp seed protein, avocado and coconut oil and blend with coconut water or coconut milk or pineapple juice. This will help keep hunger at bay and control weight gain

How much protein are you getting? Also, you might not be eating enough so you get hungry in the afternoon. Maybe add some protein like hard boiled eggs, tofu, raw nuts or turkey for breakfast and lunch to see if that helps.
