time for change

Hi my name is Sarah I'm 22 I'm 5ft 1 and weigh 13 stone,  I have 2 children aged 4 and 8 months. I have put so much weight on since having my youngest child and I am now ready to make a change to my life and lose the weight.  I would ideally like to lose around 3 stone. Today is my first day and as tomorrow is a new month I would like to start a challenge to kick start my diet and keep motivation. Starting tomorrow I am doing a 30 day challenge to see who can lose the most weight,  whoever wants to join is very welcome the more the better. I am going to post daily updates and weekly weigh ins. Thank u For ur support :) I do actually have my diet coach and I agree it is brilliant! I need to do the same, I always eat and then think I shouldn't of ate it when I should think before I eat and make better food choices. Good luck with your diet :) Im just taking today easy as its the first day, I have just had 2 slices of toast and a peppermint tea

I typically, have a Sunday weigh thread each week.. I have been traveling and had some things going on that prevented me from doing so, the past couple of weeks, but I'll be starting them again, next Sunday...

Hi Sarah :)

Just want to wish you the best of luck on your 30day challenge!! I will be starting my own 30 day challenge as well but focusing more on 'thinking before im eating' I need to clean up my diet and stick to healthy clean foods! If you find yourself looking for a little extra support a long the way I suggest the 'my diet couch' app. It's like having a 24/7 support buddy!
