Thank u For ur support :) I do actually have my diet coach and I agree it is brilliant! I need to do the same, I always eat and then think I shouldn't of ate it when I should think before I eat and make better food choices. Just want to wish you the best of luck on your 30day challenge!! I will be starting my own 30 day challenge as well but focusing more on 'thinking before im eating' I need to clean up my diet and stick to healthy clean foods! If you find yourself looking for a little extra support a long the way I suggest the 'my diet couch' app. It's like having a 24/7 support buddy!
