Hope my suggestions regarding your sleep, help.
The only way to be sure about something is to get tested for it. Even though someone else didn't see a risk, you will continue to worry, until you know for sure... might as well put your mind at ease.
Hope you'll keep us posted.
I really appreciate your spending time on answering my question. I'll try to do what you advised.
About HIV, member in another said NO RISK for HIV but I think I'll get a test as soon as possible.
Again, thanks you :)
Fatigue is a major symptom of thyroid conditions, so you might want to get tested for that. Get tested for TSH, Free T3 and Free T4. You might also want to get vitamin B12 levels tested, since deficiency causes extreme fatigue.
Sometimes, the more we sleep, the more we want to sleep. You might also try to forego that afternoon nap and try to get your sleep/wake cycle on a schedule. It's understandable that if you sleep for 2-4 hours, during the afternoon, you won't be ready for bed, at bedtime; the longer the nap, most likely, the later you go to bed.
You should pick a bedtime and go to bed at the same time every night and get up at the same time every morning. It'll be hard at first, because your body is tuned into that nap; however, it would be better to sleep a full 8-9 hours during the night, than splitting your sleep.
Do, first get tested for underlying medical issues and be sure to talk to your doctor about your sleep patterns.
