You are asking for some kind of magic bullet. The only way to lose weight is to eat less. One suggestion. You are housebound and surrounded by food - and you are bored. Get a job and get someone to look after the children. Some women are not cut out to be stay-at-home moms. Me, for instance.

Hi there, I had the same problem with eating.  I tried every diet pill on the market and they never worked for me.  I spoke with my dr and she recommended Meridia.  I thought I would give it a shot and it is 3 months later and I am 32 lbs lighter!!  Meridia helps with your appetite.  I was barely hungry so i was able to reduce my caloric intake greatly.  I had no cravings (I was addicted to sweets) at all.  It also makes you feel full sooner.  I reduced my calorie intake and exercised more and voila, it worked.
My sister also started taking Meridia and has had great success so far.
The thing is, you have to make healthy food choices and exercise to lose the weight.  But I found it so easy to eat healthy because I no longer had cravings for bad foods.  Check out Meridias website and see if it is for you.  There are quite a bit of restrictions so if you have high blood pressure, take anti depressants and other types of pills, Meridia may not be for you.  Look it up and if you dont have any of the health problems listed, talk to your doctor.
I am the smallest I have ever been. I know I wouldnt of been able to do it without Meridia.  Now I am used to eating healthy and it is my lifestyle now. Oh by the way, I was a chronic migraine sufferer, 3x a week at least, since changing my diet I have had NO migraines!! It was all the sugar and preservatives and **** i was eating that caused it. I thought I would have to suffer all my life and didnt know the cause.  Here it was my poor eating habits. Good luck hun, let me know what happens!
