Elaine is right -- drinking a glass of water before each meal will help fill you up; it's also very important that you keep your body hydrated. If your body becomes dehydrated, you are more likely to get muscle cramps, be hungrier, more tired, etc.........I notice that some days, I don't drink enough water and I end up SOOO tired, but if I start sipping water and get rehydrated, my fatigue tends to diminish.
Again, like Elaine said - the average recommended is about 8 glasses (64 oz); however, if you are getting more physical exercise or even under more stress, you may need considerably more than that; likewise, there may be days when you can easily get by with less.
Sipping water constantly throughout the day will help ensure that you don't get dehydrated.
I think the average recomended amount is approximitly 8 Glasses,
Water really does help with weight lose, if you drink a glass before each meal this will help fill you up so you wont eat so much, hope this helps
