I have changed my diet as in replacing hamburger with ground turkey and eating fish and chicken with steamed veggies and have some fruit for breakfast with a non fat Greek yogurt I am working out I walk for 40-60 minutes five days a week and every other day do abdominal arm and legs for 45 minutes.. I have lost that much weight in that short period of time it just seems harder this time around
Losing 24 pounds by October is a pretty tall order and probably not doable if you're trying to do it safely.
How have you changed your diet? Have you made changes that you can stick with over the long haul and keep off any weight you lose or are you doing something drastic that you can't possibly stick with?
You need to center your meals on lean protein, lots of veggies, some fruits, whole grains, good fats, nuts, seeds, etc. Be sure to eat 3 meals/day with a couple of snacks. Make sure there's protein with every meal/snack.
Are you doing any exercise? If so, what, for how long and how many days/week?
