Good morning everyone.... how are we all doing this morning?
I'm doing pretty good and have had an "alright" week, though I'm forced to claim a 2 pound gain for this week. I'm not happy about it, but... Today, is my and my husband's 46th anniversary, so we went to the local Brazilian Steakhouse for lunch on Friday. Yummy.. but I'm paying for it. Also, yesterday I got hungry for some potato salad, so I made a small bowl, that turned out to be more than I thought it was going to be. Of course, being hungry for it, I ate more than I should have. Also, between the Brazilian steakhouse and the mayo in the potato salad, there was way too much salt, so I have the added "benefit" of fluid retention, as well.
On top of all this, I did nothing for exercise, other than mow the lawn on Wed, which, admittedly, takes a lot of energy, because I use a push mower. It just doesn't work to only exercise one day/week.
So - there's my week. How has everyone else been doing? Did you meet your goals for the week? If so, congratulations; if not, is there some way we can help you achieve them this week? We're into a brand new week, so we get a "do over".....
