weight loss tips

Hey everyone I am a very obese 23 year old female. I am tired of being out of breath and most importantly having no self-esteem and everything else that comes along with it. I am at 290 right now and I want to be at least at 270 by May for my college graduation. I already started with exercising and cutting down on my eating.Any tips and encouragment would be greatly appreciated... thank you all in advance. .

Ok, everyone has already said something and I'm new to this site but I will tell you how I went from 220 to 190 it just 2 and a half months , best part of it all is that the you see results pretty early, however not on your body but in the weight , What I did is that I would do a routine of eating , when ever I wake up usually 7 or 8 am I eat breakfast , nothing too big though it has to be homemade, eggwhites aren't bad , anything at all except fast food , I stop with them the minute I committed myself to dropping weight and drink a bottle of water ... 3 hours later I eat snack , with a bottle of water ... Usually an apple... 3 hours later , i eat lunch , i love subway so i eat that. Wheat bread and no red meat (takes 8 days to digest) chicken, turkey, and fish .. load it with lots of vegetables with a bottle of water , 3 hours later ... Another snack with water , yogurt , fruit, tuna salad (small portions of it tho) .. 3 hours later dinner , something of a light side but enough nutrients.. you can be amaze how good everything taste when you search for them and another bottle of water ... If you get hungry later eat yogurt or drink water. I understand that its difficult sInce ive been through it can be done ... Make sure you drink water it helps a lot .. I guarantee that you will lose those unwanted pounds , don't stop exercising it helps burn them away faster too :) you got this girl

U should be eating six small meals a day to boost your metabolism. I suggest a high radio workout start off slow ten to fifteen min bit work up to about 30 min you should have some protein after a workout a couple thin slices of cheese or a handful of permits should do the trick. Be positive mad have positive thoughts. Don't weigh yourself everyday wait at least a week if not two for weigh ins. Good luck to you and tell us how you did some may :)

Hi
I hav started my routine too now. I am obese abd have to shed away atleast 40lbs.

Drinkin a lot of water helps to control cravings, washes off hunger and they say it reduces fat. I have been dng this for 4days and i will let u know if i hav reduced(i havnt checked my weight yet).
Keep reminding urself tht u r going to reward ur body with good shape and health. U r gng to show others a new you.
If u do exercises then woww.. ( i havnt started my exercises). Keep going n going .. and its not difficult either. Control the meals. Have 3meals: bfast , lunch and dinner(very light). V can have prunes, dates or sugarfree biscuits. A lot of water say 1500ml to start with. Coffee or tea can be drunk. 2times only in a day.
Hope this is helpful
Do share abt wat u r dng to lose weight
