We're not all online at the same time on any given day, so meeting here is pretty hard to do.
We do have the Sunday Weigh In thread that I post every Sunday morning, for anyone who wants to check in and discuss how their week went, plans for the following week, etc. You can post on that thread any time during the week.

It's always titled "Sunday Weigh In", with the date. Look for it this coming Sun and feel free to participate.
What are you doing to lose the weight? You can also try eating less bread, fried foods and sugar. Always eat before 6 PM and drink 1.5 liters of water in the morning, go slow until you reach the 1.5 liter. Let me know how you are doing. As you might be able to just drink 32 oz's of water. We can meet here every week at about this time on Thursday. What do you think. johnny85lee and Barb135, if you all want to, you can join in also. We can see how much all of us weigh or each weigh and the progress of our weight. Please do not cheat as this will be hurting you. We are not here to put people down, but to help zee79. I am in.
You have to be persistent when you are losing weight
That's a really broad question.
You're either eating too many calories or not doing enough exercise; maybe both.
What have you tried so far?
Try doing sit ups at commercials. Start out slow with 5 and then work your way up. Also switch with push ups. Push ups use all of your muscles. I am starting back today and will lose at least 1 pound a week. Water is a good source of flushing out fats. Drinking 64 oounces is good. But take half of what you weigh and drink that amount. It may take some time, but addinf lemon, orange or cucmber to water helps. Let m eknow what happen in 30 days.
