14 weeks since last period...What could possibly ???

I have been viewing many other post about this same topic and I am very glad to see that I am not the only one in this position! I have now missed my 3rd period in a row...I have had multiple hpts, urine tests at the Doctors office, and a blood test. They have all come back NEGATIVE. I have had 2 previous pregnancies that came back with a positive hpt within 5 days of being late. Though the second pregnancy did result in a miscarriage and DNC because my body was unable to dispose of the fetus. I have always been REGULAR and the times of being late was due to pregnancy. When I was originally 1 week late I had my yearly exam, that was previously schedule, and everything was looked at and tested including my thyroid with everything coming back NORMAL. I am scheduled to see an OBYN on Friday, Sept 25. With both pregnancies I also experienced EXTREME morning sickness within the 6 weeks mark. I feel like the only symptoms I don't have is morning sickness. I have weight gain, increased urination, breast tenderness, and increasing belly bulge that had made it uncomfortable to lay on my stomach because I feel a lot of pressure. I was wondering if anyone had experienced some similar situations and what their outcomes where. I have notice a lot of forums start but not many people come back with an update.

Thank you!

Thank you very much for sharing your experience! I'm sorry for your loss :( Well I am glad that you finally felt better once your period came. I know that it has happened to women before where the test say negative but it's really positive. I just don't think it would be me because of my previous pregnancy history. Your scenario would be my greatest fear though...

I also forgot to add that my family Dr. prescribed me birth control to regulate my cycle and my last pill of the first pack will be taken on Sunday. I have no symptoms of getting my period, at least yet.

I have had everything u describe early this year. I didnt get a period for 3 1-2 months...after the 2month i just KNEW i was preggers. Saw a faint line but bloodwork claimed no. When the 3rd month rolled by and my belly was growing I asked for more bloodwork...still nothing! Then my period came on the fourth month. I have NEVER EVER been late like that in my life. And never since then either...I think it was a miscarriage..but not registering somehow. I had sore boobs....looked about 12 weeks...pressure in hips....pain under ribs..i was worried and scared! I just made my mind to forget my symtoms..but after my period came i felt MUCH BETTER!

Thank you for your response! My periods have ALWAYS been regular unless pregnant. I also have not had any history of women's health issues. The last hpt was done probably a month ago. I had one on June 23, July 8, July 15, and then a blood test on July 30th. Those were all done in the Dr.'s office. Stress has actually been a lot less then normal with work slowing down :) Yes, I have really been trying to think of it as a pregnancy. I have stopped drinking and really watched what I have been eating, especially because of the weight gain. But still have not been able to loose any weight.

I hope this helps :)

Are your periods regular?  Do you have a history of any women's health issues?  It is possible to be pregnant and not have any nausea.  The negative hpts is confusing though.  When did you do your last hpt?
Have you had more stress than normal lately?  Sorry, I have questions.
I hope you can reply to this.  My suggestion is for you to treat this like a viable pregnancy.  Don't drink, drug or smoke cigarettes.  If you do, try to cut down and stop.
