Anyone know what could be going on?

Hi so I've been bleeding for over a month straight well its only when I wipe ( I don't have to wear tampons or pads) so its not a lot its a purplish brown color I am not on any kind of birth control nor any meds. For that matter I do get pains in my lower abdominal area just like a shorting pain now and again I've had a cervical biopsy done about 3-4 months ago everything came up OK tho. I also have been getting pretty bad headaches everyday as well. Right now I don't have health insurance so just going to a doctors isn't something I can do right now.

I'm 31 my menstrual cycle has always been messed up normally I don't ever get a period I've been on the shot in the past the last time I got the shot was at least 7months ago if not longer but the last time I did I started to bleed and my Obgyn said it was because my body was rejecting the shot. I do have 5 kids and for me even tho my menstrual cycle was messed up like it was it was normal for me but now with these headache which could be unrelated to these bleeding I'm just concerned

How frustrating this must be for you and I'm sorry for this.  How old are you, have you had problems in the past with your monthly periods?  I'm gathering this purplish blood is coming from your vagina,  I would get those results from your doctor and get a second opinion.  I know this is gross, but I take pictures of things to this nature, because some people are in doubt more often then they should be.  Do you bleed like this when you are on your periods or is it periodically, how often.  Purple is that closer to a black color?   These are questions to ask your next doctor or things to tell your doctor.  You take care dear, I'll be saying a prayer for you.
