Awful back and neck ache

so for about a year now, I've had terrible back and neck ache. I can't get comfortable easily when trying to sleep and always wake up with a stiff neck. I work in a coffee shop and being fairly tall, 5ft11, I have to look down most of the day at work. I also have fairly big breasts, DD's, and I think that may have something to do with it too. Any suggestions to help me?

Sometimes yoga can help. Try a class once a week or get a video and do at home. If you feel it's something serious you could request an MRI from your Dr. It could have to do with your job and being on your feet all day, yes.
Do you enjoy a sport. Swimming helps me a lot with my aches & pains. I'm tall too, 5'10". Once a chiropractor told me I had an extra vertebrae.
I also enjoy Jazzercise. Exercise will help you. Let us know how you are doing. Maxy

Sounds like something going on with your cervical spine and/or muscle strain.
