I just had my second daughter in sept, and I go in the morning on Monday for my 6 week exam to get released back to work and get back on birth control. I don't want anymore kids but my doctor and basically all the drs at the hospital in my city won't tie your tubes when your my age because they say you're too young and the reversal can cause more problems should you choose to have more later (I'm 23 btw). Both my girls are product of the pill and me being forgetful and missing a pill here and there so I don't want to go back on the pill but I also don't want to gain a bunch of weight or rely on only condoms either since my SO and I rarely use them to begin with. Any suggestions on the IUD, shot, or the one they put in your arm? I'm leaning towards an IUD like mirena but not sure.
