IRREGULAR PERIODS

Iam 21 years old .I have some irregularities in my period.Once I have got my period it will last for more than 20 days until consulting a doctor and certain hormone tablets are taken.After that my period will be regular for 3 months but from fourth month onwards it again become irregular.so I have consulted another doctor ,she prescribed me hormone tablets and after the cycle rotation, birth controlled pills are prescribed for me.After taking those tablets, for the  next 3 months I have got regular periods but again from fourth month onwards my period goes irregular ....it starts bleeding for more than 15 days ......please tell me what should I do to make my period regular???whether I again want to consult a doctor??/
