Bumps on the inside of my libia

These bumps itch somthing terrible. I need to know what to do to treat this.  My doctor gave me a prescription for a tube of Premarin cream to insert and they were suppose to go away. However they didn't. I read on the internet that they should be treated for a fungus.  Please someone tell me how I can get some relief. I had a hysterectomy and the area stays very dry, however when ever I am intimate with my husband we always use a lubricant so it is not brothersome. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do these bumps hurt at besides itch? Is it on the labia majora or minora (inside or outside one)? I would get a second opinion her this med just isn't working.  Sure its not swollen lymph nodes or something. However call your doctor get him updated that the med isn't working, don't take this like especially after having the Hysterectomy...take care

I would tell your doc they haven't gone away and ask about testing. It doesn't really sound like a fungus but you never know. Have you had the bumps since the hysterectomy and are you on any other hormone therapy besides the Premrin cream? (** If you do go back to your doctor, ask for samples of either the Premrin cream or Estrace cream because I know the cream can be very expensive.) Maybe you are having a reaction to the Premrin cream?? A more complete hormone therapy may be beneficial - it should definitely help with the vaginal dryness. I can give you a lot of information on hormone options and information if you like - just let me know. send me a note or email. Sorry this has been so frustrating for you.
