Can I still take a bath while I'm on my period?

Hi,
I've been taking baths for the past week because I have eczema all over my body and it helps me alot when I take a bath with Epsom salt.  I do want to continue with the Epsom salt bath because my eczema is large scale all over my body.  However, my period came today and I don't know whether it's healthy to take a bath while I'm on my period.  I have my own bathroom and bath tub.  Would it be okay to continue with my bath if I'm on my period? Thanks!

Its fine, if you are worried about bleeding while in the tub wear a tampon.

I do it, I just don't stay in long and rinse off afterward.
