!!!!!!

I've had multiple little bumps all over in the lips of my vagina for as long as I can remember. They remind me kind of like chicken skin. lately my vagina has had a bad oder coming from it as well. Is all of this normal or? Are the two related? the bumps have always scared me but they don't itch or irritate me in any way. I've never been sexually active so STD's are not the cause.
