Well, you two need some education about anatomy. I googled "female genital anatomy" and came up with several sites, Wikipedia has some photos and a lot of description, but it is not quite as helpful as the kind of medical drawings that simplify some things in order to make them clearer. Here is one site: www.3dvulva.com that has sort of plainer illustrations.
Thing is, the clitoris is a little button-like structure at the junction of the top of the two vaginal lips. It is mostly buried under the lips, becoming engorged and a lot easier to feel and find when the woman is aroused. It is not a passage for anything, it is like a solid little eraser at the end of a pencil when aroused.
The part that the urine passes through is the urethra. It's a tube, obviously, from the bladder outward. It is not the clitoris.
If your aunt is not having trouble passing urine, there is probably nothing at all wrong with her urethra. It really doesn't sound like there is anything unusual about her clitoris either.
Check out the anatomical sites and you'll get a lot of information.
Well....for starts, she should consult a PHYSICIAN about this.
Secondly, your clitoris has NOTHING to do with your urinary tract.
This is NOT dangerous at all.
