Contraceptive advise

Hi! I just moved to new Zealand, and dont know what to do about my contraception, I usually took pills but I'm running out of them and don't really know what to do or take here. Going to a doctor is going to be really expensive now, so I was thinking to start using the BASAL Thermomether system? Does anybody know something about it?? Thank you very very much in advance

My above comment is true for New Zealand only

If you are 22 or younger, seeing a doctor about sexual health is free. If you see a doctor they can prescribe you a new pill for only 3 dollars.

If you don't want to get pregnant birth control or condoms are your best bet. Trying to avoid your ovulation days isn't very affective.
