Could I be pregnant again

I have given birth almost 4 months ago and have not got a period yet. I am currently breast feeding. I have had a few unprotected sex occasions not for about two weeks now. Post my birth of my 5 yr old I Breast fed for 10 months and had unprotected sex without getting pregnant. I feel like I have mestural cramps regularly. Started off about two weeks ago for an hour or so. Now it's everyday most of the day. If it was my period I though it would of come by now as these cramps have been there for a while. Could I be pregnant again?

We are in the same page I just had a baby 3 months ago but I had my first period around June 28 until July 2 then I had some light pink and some brownish and a little dark red around July 31 up to aug 2.. Its like spotting coz it barely fill up the panty liner. Been sleeping more food craving sharp of my sense of smell then excessive saliva just like with my 2 previous pregnancies.. Took 5 hpt digital and regular all came back negative.. Kinda confused if I am pregnant or not..

Yes, you can get pregnant easily after giving a birth. I am wandering, they didn't warn you about it?

Yes you poss. could be. Breastfeeding is not 100% safe. You should take a hptest  and use protection unless you want another baby : )
