Could this be a bv or yeast infection???

Hello, so about a week ago I had unprotected sex with a new partner he told me had been tested and was free of any std's. We also had anal that night and then switched to vaginal (which I know can cause problems! I wasn't thinking) a few days later I developed what seemed to be a yeast infection. Very itchy , white dishcharge coming out and redness and soreness. I went to the doctors she prescribed me a yeast infection medicine but also put in a test for gonorrhea and chlamydia. This morning I noticed that I had a couple bumps and sores on my vagina above the opening below the clitoris. My discharge is now white and runny. I talked to my sexual partner and he said there's no way he has an std. he had been tested! Is there any possible way that I could get those sores from the moistness caused by the yeast infection? Please help.
Thank you!!!
