Hi Ladies.
Ok so I am 12 years old, turning 13 soon and I am in Year 8. I have been having white discharge and extremely sore cramps since Year 6 and I was wondering whether my period would be coming anytime soon..? I usually get discharge every day so yeah, thanks :)

Near menarche i.e the beginning of periods,you will have premenstrual symptoms(tension,irritability,food cravings,breast soreness,thigh and abdominal pain,bloating and flare up of acne) followed by scanty or light bleeding which may be brown to bright red in color.This will occur for a few cycles and then it will become regular bleeding for 3-5 days every month.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
