Does rubber affect sperm quality?

I was wonder if anyone knows if rubber has any adverse affects on sperm? I know that sperm are very sensitive and many lubes kill sperm, so I was wonder if rubber does also.

Na_dine, you're not going to believe this, but I was going to guess the Diva Cup, which I believe is similar to the keeper. From what I've read, that can be done to aid in conception, especially if you have a tilted uterus. I haven't heard about whether it will work using a diaphram, though. Good luck, and thanks for having a great sense of humor!!

Hi,
that was a funny conversation. So, what kind of rubber you ask.
Here goes. I was thinking about how to keep sperm "in" longer, to give them a better chance. I thought about how diaphragms are used to keep sperm out, and I was wondering if suck a barrier could help keep them in, without harming them. I was also thinking of the Keeper, a rubber 1 ounce vaginal cup sort of thing (meant for mensus). Thank you for your replies, they made my day. Nadine.
