Feeling sick, Bleeding for 11 days.

I currently have been bleeding for eleven days now. First it was pink and brown spotting for five days on and off. Now the past other six days is just a steady flow of bright red. The past three days ive been feeling sick with migraines(that wont go away), nausea, and feeling dizzy. Any suggestions on what it could be? Should I go to urgent care to be checked out(cant make primary doctor hours due to work schudule).

The first few days wasn't your period but was spotting.  This happens with old blood and hormonal changes.  If you have bleeding past another two days, then yes, I'd see a doctor.  Let us know what happens!
