2 missed periods - blood test normal HPT negative

Hello I am 27 and haven't had a period for 69 days.

I have had a blood test which tested for my kidney, and liver function, my thyroid, HCG and blood count. All of which have come back normal.
When my blood test was booked an ultrasound appointment referral was made and I await the appointment. I'm unsure if the ultrasound was going to check for something different to what the blood test was going to do but I presume it is.

Between 18-24months ago I stopped having the contraceptive injection (which completely stopped my periods) and it took around 7 months for me to have my first after that time.

My weight is healthy, I eat well and exercise regularly (not to excess). Mentally I sleep well mainly, feel happy and enjoy lots of things in my life I do not feel stressed or anxious.

Will the ultrasound be checking for something else? If so, what would that be? Or do I just need to accept that my body is being slower this time?
My usual cycles are between 32-44 days.
I have no known medical conditions.

I would also like to add I am sexually active, and I am free from any STI's.

Ultrasound will check for fibroids, scar tissue etc that could cause problems later on. Any chance you could have been pregnant in Feb (up to 60% of very early pregnancies terminate spontaneously without any symptoms but leave hormonal and physical markers)?
