I think I have an std?

Okay, so I've been seeing someone for a while, and long story short they were sleeping around on me unknowingly. Ever since the last time we had sex, penetration has been painful. I would describe it as raw. I am so itchy, especially around my clitoris, and sometimes on the inside of my vagina. It's pretty bright pink/red. Very sensitive, possibly due to the itching, which I've resisted a fair amount. Anti itch cream hasn't been as useful as I had hoped. Also, on the inside of my mouth, along my gum there are two raised patches, one on each side. On top of that I had symptoms of a yeast infection. Here's the thing, I went to the doctor, was treated for the yeast infection and my obgyn told me I had an increase in white blood cells, which is usually a sign of an infection. I took an ointment treatment for my yeast infection and the issues subsided. But I masturbated about two weeks after I took my medicine and all the symptoms came back, minus the yeast infection symptoms, such as the discharge. I have been tested at my local health department so as not to use my insurance but the medicine I was taking at the time could interfere with my results. The lady I went to was very insensitive and I honestly felt like she didn't know what she was doing. She swabbed me and it hurt really bad, and she then proceeded to say, I don't know how you had sex a penis is much bigger than a q tip. Um.... Because there's something wrong with me? hence the reason I'm in your office?? Someone help!!
