Green breast discharge

I discovered today that a very boldly green discharge comes out of both nipples when my breasts are squeezed. If I look closely, some parts are much darker green than others. I looked for info in different places and all I could come up with was mammary duct ectasia, but I'm 22 years old and everyone says that is for women over 40.
There is no extra pain or abnormalities in my breasts, though one or the other will just suddenly sting intensely on a random day. They are somewhat small and symetrical and I have never been pregnant. I am using Junel Fe 1/20 birth control.
What is going on??

Thanks, I will make an appointment asap. It doesn't hurt and the discharge doesn't look or smell like infection so I thought I'd ask... Thank you!

I'd ask the doctor.  If no pain, it probably isn't infection, but it sounds like infection otherwise.  Make an appointment and squeeze some out.
