HELP HELP! Is this an STD or something similar!

I've never had sex, all I do is masturbate! and sometime this month I started to get this red bump close to where my clit is and I'm freaking out! also my virgina lips are a little swollen, and on the inside of my virgina it's red and that bone thingy that separates the vagina from the colon is a little swollen too  :,( I'm scared to go to the doctor, please can anyone help me here?

Agree with the above poster.  

This could be a number of things.  Let a physician sort this out.

Best bet is to go to the doctor.  You might have a bacterial infection or a yeast infection, and the bump could be a cyst, why not see the doc instead of guess?
