Help , Did we conceive this time

I received positive ovulation test results three days last week. Today is Thursday and two days ago I begin feeling mild dull cramps in my lower abdomen and yesterday I felt a pinching on my left lower side for about 30 seconds to a minute. I woke up this morning and I am not feeling the cramps anymore and I don't have any morning sickness of tiredness.. I am wondering if it is implantation or just wishful thinking. I took a pregnancy test and it came back negative this morning. Is it too early test ? I am praying that we have conceived this time.

I am not late yet. It is not expected until the 30th. Fingers crossed and prayers  up that the baby fairy visited and sprinkled baby dust.

Hi there and welcome.  Well, in truth, early pregnancy has very few signs.  Things like morning sickness doesn't start until week 6 to 7 of pregnancy for most women as the hormones of the pregnancy need to build up enough to cause the symptom.  So, I wouldn't be looking for any signs just yet with the exception of missing your period.  Are you late yet??  That is the first sign.  You can take a home pregnancy test even Four days before your period is expected if you get a good 'early detection' test.  I did with my son and got a positive four days before my period was due.  You have to use early morning urine though.

Anyway, that will be how you really know because our body doesn't give us a lot of signs early on.  good luck and hope you were successful!
