Help!? STD? Yeast Infection? Nothing?

Hi everyone, i recently found this site and need help. i’m 17 years old and have been dating my boyfriend for 5 months. we have sex with a condom always and pull out, i’m not on birth control. I can’t go to the doctor because my mom doesn’t know i have sex. for the past couple months things have been off down there and i’m worried. this all started off with small cuts on my vagina opening which hurt and stung whenever i’d shower, but not when i had sex. That went away after a month or so which is great. Recently my vagina lips have been extremely swollen ONLY AFTER sex and stings when i pee after sex aswell. the swelling is so bad that i can barely walk. Yesterday we were gonna have sex and when he first went in, he hit something deep in me and hurt so bad, something i’ve never felt before. but i told him to keep going but not as deep, and after three strokes the pain went again and we continued (deep). I’ve had white collage cheese like discharge as well for a couple months. Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be?!?
