Hot Flashes?

I'm 16, and have had my period since I was 11. For around two years now, I've suffered from extreme hot flashes to the point where I was on a snowing mountain and had to strip off to a singlet. It happens daily, Is this normal- or a side affect from my period?

It sounds like your estrogen levels vary a lot.  See your doctor and get your estrogen tested.  You might have an ovarian cyst that is affecting things.
