I'm worried for the same reason as you. I was supposed to get my period the last Sunday/Monday (28/29 days) today I'm 4 days late... so spotting AT ALL. but feeling a little bit of pain in my right side.
I had an ectopic 2 years ago, but I found out early Thank God so I didn't need surgery. But in that occasion I was bleeding a little bit around the time of my period, but onl when I went to pee.

This time no bleeding. I took a test this morning and it was negative. I will take another one when I wake up.
I just pray to God that is not again an ectopic.
Please let me know why you are concern about it?

If your test is positive and you are concerned about ectopic, after the 5-week or 6-week point, see your doctor for two quantitative hCG tests in a 48-hour period.  If the number is doubling or near-doubling, that is better than if it is rising very slowly.  A slow rise in hCG often accompanies ectopic pregnancies.

It would still show a positive, because hCG is still being released. Only way to know if it's Ectopic is by having an ultrasound done.
