I have black spotting and serious cramps

I started having serious abdominal cramps 2 days ago and I was nausea. Yesterday I started seeing black spotting when I went to the bathroom and today it seems as if the spotting is getting more and the cramps still come and go. I menstruated the beginning of the month and have PCOS but this is a first for me.... what can it be?

My body acted abnormal while I was battling conflict at work and had no time to take care of myself. It resolved, same time as when I resolved the issues at work, and started to take care of myself. I'm not a expert, so please make a appointment to talk to a doctor at women's health clinic, if possible.
